Being a Tool & Die Apprentice

In Randy’s Job Talk he discusses why he chose to apprentice as a Tool and Die Maker. He talks about the misconception that “Tool and Die is a dying trade.” Randy explains that Tool and Die is completely necessary for manufacturing to exist. It all comes down to the initial manufacturing of the die. Randy loves his job and says the skills gained from a trade are life-long. Watch his talk to learn more!
