03 · How a job runs
Send a print, a model or a sample part. We check it for manufacturability and quote it.
Tooling and process are designed in 2D and 3D CAD, with Mastercam and Esprit for the machine work.
Our tool and die makers build and tune the die in house, where they can stand next to the press.
Parts run on our presses, then get machined, welded or assembled as the job needs.
Checked against your print and shipped, ready to go straight into your production.
04 · Quality
Quality is built into the tool, not inspected in at the end. That is how we hold the standard our automotive and industrial customers expect, run after run.
