Overview

Built to the tolerances dies demand.

A toolroom has to hold tight tolerances every day, because a die is only as accurate as its parts. The same machinists and equipment that build our dies also make precision machined parts for customers.

Machining can stand alone or finish a stamped part, adding features that a die cannot form. Either way, it is programmed, cut and checked here.

01

CNC milling

Machining centers for production parts, die components and fixtures.

02

Turning

Lathe work for round parts, pins, bushings and components.

03

Grinding

Surface and cylindrical grinding for flatness and fine finishes.

04

Secondary machining

Machined features added to stamped parts, so you get one finished component.

05

Programming

Toolpaths written in Mastercam and Esprit from your 2D or 3D data.

06

Inspection

Parts checked against your print before they ship.

How a job runs

Print to part,
under one roof.

One team takes your job from the first look at the print to parts on your dock.

  1. 01

    Review

Send a print, a model or a sample part. We check it for manufacturability and quote it.

  2. 02

    Engineer

Tooling and process are designed in 2D and 3D CAD, with Mastercam and Esprit for the machine work.

  3. 03

    Build the tool

Our tool and die makers build and tune the tooling in house.

  4. 04

    Run

Parts run on our equipment, then get machined, welded or assembled as the job needs.

  5. 05

    Ship

Checked against your print and shipped, ready for your production line.

Questions

Good questions,
straight answers.

Something else on your mind? Call 716-217-6800 and talk to someone who knows the shop.

Do you only machine parts for your own tooling?
No. We make precision machined parts for customers as well as die components for our own toolroom.
What file types can you work from?
2D drawings and 3D models are both fine. Send what you have, and we will tell you if we need anything else.

Let's build it.

Drawings, models, a sample part or just an idea. Tell us what you need and our team will follow up with questions, options and a quote.
