A long history with the auto industry.
Arro's first customers included automotive suppliers around Jamestown and Buffalo, and the work has continued ever since. Automotive programs need consistent parts over long runs, on time, with paperwork that holds up.
That is why we hold IATF 16949:2016 certification, the quality management standard written specifically for automotive production. It sits on top of ISO 9001 and adds the discipline automotive customers expect.
